I bet because of everything going on in your life you haven’t found the time to take care of yourself the way you know you should. And I know exactly how you feel right now:  

  • You're frustrated because you have tried different diets like Nutrisystem, Atkins, South Beach Diet, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig but find yourself "cheating" and starting over and over, they make you feel deprived, restricted. And you feel even worse, when you have been able to lose weight just to gain it back once you are off the diet. 
  • You're uncomfortable because you have no control to stop eating when you are satisfied. 
  • You're embarrassed for giving in into eating that cake or ice cream you've been wanting to eat for such a long time.  
  • You're stressed about what to eat and what to cook for you and your family. 
  • You're insecure about your body. You have a hard time taking off your coverup at the beach or you say no when family or friends invite you out.

After I gave birth to my first son I thought I was going to be in my pre-pregnancy weight in no time since I was breastfeeding and I witnessed my girlfriends dropping the weight like nothing. But to my surprise that was not the case for me. As time passed and my weight was not back to "normal", my body insecurities started to flourish.  

I had tons of clothes in my closet and none of my pants would fit me comfortably except for my yoga pants. I ended up borrowing clothes from my mom because I refused to go shopping for a bigger size. I avoided going out, taking pictures, I wasn't exercising because I was exhausted, and sometimes found myself eating just because I was stressed with all the things going on (work, baby, house, body etc, etc, etc). 

I started by taking care of myself and my body. Treating myself with kindness, love, and respect, gradually adding more whole foods to my meals, and incorporated other healthy habits and it has been AMAZING. I have a lot of energy to keep up with my boys and exercise, I sleep better, now more than ever I feel PROUD and CONFIDENT in my body, and I am able to maintain a healthy weight after two babies without ever feeling deprived, restricted or forced to do things I don't enjoy. 

Going through my journey I discovered I have a passion for helping other moms feel Confident in their bodies so that they don't miss out in life and can focus on what matters most as well as live a healthy lifestyle and set the example for their children. 

I am a Certified Health Coach, wife, and loving mother of 2 wonderful boys. Motherhood is one of the greatest blessings in life and I want to help you to be present and enjoy every moment of it.

Manage Stress & Move More: I'll show you simple ways to reduce stress and take care of yourself. Also, how to incorporate ways to move your body that feels good to you and brings you joy. 

We will work together for you to discover how to:

  • Build a healthier body naturally without feeling deprived nor restricted. Yes, you can still enjoy the foods that you love like wine, pizza, and chocolate.

  • Plan your meals and be prepared for the week so you don't have to stress about what to cook and can focus your attention on other things like YOU. By planning your meals you can get that much desired and deserved ME time.
